3. USER ACCOUNTS

  • You must create an account to use certain features of the App
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

4. USER CONTENT

  • You retain ownership of the content you create in the App (dream entries, notes, etc.)
  • By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content to provide the service
  • You are solely responsible for the content you create and share
  • You agree not to use the App for any unlawful or prohibited purposes

5. AI SERVICES

  • The App uses artificial intelligence to provide dream interpretation and analysis
  • AI-generated content is for entertainment and educational purposes only
  • AI interpretations should not be considered professional medical or psychological advice
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content

6. PRIVACY

  • Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information
  • We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal data

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by DreamLingo and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws

  • We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the past 12 months

  • You may delete your account at any time through the App settings
  • Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately
